WCIDWAMI Day

WCIDWAMI Day will give UNC Charlotte students the opportunity to explore majors, minors, and careers. Each department is strongly encouraged to participate in this event, so that the University's first- and second-year students (especially) can explore all majors. WCIDWAMI Day is a great opportunity for you to promote your academic programs and interact with a large number of students (typical attendance is 500-600). The University's Freshman/Transfer Seminars and some Prospect for Success courses are strong supporters of this event.

For those of you who are familiar with Majors Day, this year’s event expands the format by adding activities to help students clarify their interests and their takeaways for the event. WCIDWAMI Day will be held in tandem to the Part-time Job Fair, so students can interact with employers and explore part-time, summer, and seasonal jobs while attending WCIDWAMI Day.
