Spring semester recruiting event for opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Typically draws 750+ candidates. This virtual fair allows employer to videochat one-on-one with candidates (with optional group videochat). Watch this 2-minute video to see how the fair will work - https://vimeo.com/446650071/5c4d65c59e

Are you recruiting all majors or seeing business, communications, liberal arts, and humanities majors? Attend the Spring Career & Internship Fair on February 26. Note that this event draws very few Education majors (they attend the Education Career Fair on April 16), Nursing, or Architecture (they attend the Architecture CareerEXPO) students. The Civil Engineering and Construction Management departments hold their own career fairs (see careerfairs.uncc.edu under "Other Campus Events" for more information).

Discounted employer registration fees:

Corporate - $395
Nonprofit/Government/Grad. Programs - $195
Staffing Agencies/Third-party Recruiters - $595
There's no limit to the number of recruiters participating in the fair for your organization and no charges based on the number of recruiter.

The fair will use Symplicity's virtual career fair system, which is built in to Hire-A-Niner. Here's how it works:

1. Register online through Hire-A-Niner. During registration, or closer to the fair, each organization will provide information for each recruiters who wants to participate in the fair: name, email, videochat link (from any platform - Zoom, WebEx, Teams, etc.), and back-up contact information. Organizations that want to have a group videochat will provide a link for that videochat. Profile information and jobs included in the fair registration will be viewable by students during the event.

2. Before the fair, organizations can see students who have registered to attend the fair - they can search for students that would be a good fit for their organization and send emails to those students directly through the system.

3. During the career fair, each recruiter will use Hire-A-Niner to access the queue of students waiting to videochat - Hire-A-Niner will show the student's information and resume. Recruiters will use their preferred videochat technology for the videochats. Recruiters can take notes on students and video resumes and notes after the event.
