The University Career Center in partnership with the Multicultural Resource Center brings to you our annual Inclusivity Mixer. This event provides organizations with an excellent opportunity for branding, networking and recruiting from a diverse group of candidates the evening before our Fall Career and Internship Fair. Enjoy this free mock-tail mixer that draws ~100 students whose career interests are across multiple industries and come from a variety of majors.

Organizations attending the Fall Career & Internship Fair have first priority for this event, but all organizations are welcome to apply to be a part of the Inclusivity Mixer. Our career team strives to have organizations at this event who show a strong commitment to diversity and represent a range of industries. Because of the size of this event, we cannot accommodate all organizations.

The Inclusivity Mixer is the premiere diversity recruiting event at UNC Charlotte. The event welcomes all applicants and hopes to encourage inclusivity and diversity no matter the ethnicity, citizenship, national origin, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, socio-economic status, special abilities, political and social philosophy, and religion.
